Jonathan Tremain (Sales Director)

I left the Armed Forces in 1995 and started as a Sales Trainee in Penzance 21 years ago with Vospers.

In 2004 Vospers added the Fiat and Alfa Romeo franchises to its existing core franchise representations Ford and Mazda. In 2007, I became the General Manager for Cornwall, based at our Truro location, looking after numerous franchises across many sites.

In 2010, Mr Vosper asked me if I would like to become his New Car Sales Director for the Group, and since then I've gone on to become Sales Director covering both New Car, Used Car, and Commercial Vehicle Sales.

Offering our customers a first class service in first class premises across the region is something I'm passionate about. Vospers can offer customers a real choice when it comes to their next vehicle; from a selection of franchise makes and brands, with a range of models and variants to choose from.

Sales is fun! When a customer says yes, it is the best feeling, you get a buzz, and you can’t wait for the next yes. Being part of a team that is achieving customer satisfaction and a lot of yeses is what it is all about. Together we will achieve more and the more we achieve the more you are rewarded.

What I look for in new team members is a ‘can-do’ attitude and lots of positivity. An eagerness to learn, ambition, and a desire to succeed as part of a successful team. But remember, the customer is always the most important person, be helpful, engaging, polite, and respectful - cornerstones of the Vospers Core Values that the business has been built on for generations.
